That doesn't mean they weren't into the group just that they weren't too Fairly good quality with minimal audience Some people would like to hear this concert. The band used to alternate Between Dear Elaine and the song Whisper In The Night, from one show to the next. With only one album released you would think the show would all come from that but you get only four tracks from that, an early version of a track that was not recorded till their second album, a cover of Jerry Lee Lewis’s Great Balls Of Fire and the only known version of ELO performing Dear Elaine, a song that was to be a solo hit for Roy Wood in later years. During the quiet parts and after applause from a very polite crowd you could almost hear a pin drop. The recording quality is around VG to start with but the quality improves to near excellent by the end of track one. Although the show is under an hour long, it is a complete show they got away with murder in those days. It remained under lock and key until a couple of years ago when the collector saw fit to let it loose into the collector’s world. It is mentioned in the sleeve notes of the remastered version of ELO's first album as existing only as part of a private collection. With the exception of a short live set played for Granada TV, this is the only known complete concert recording by the first ELO line up, featuring Roy Wood, known to exist.
